Soulful Match was launched and rebranded from the previous Halaal Speed Dating to provide a meaningful, faith-based platform for single Muslim men and women to meet in a dignified, structured, and respectful manner — always in line with Islamic guidelines. Building on the success of past events in Cape Town, Durban, and Johannesburg, this initiative has hosted over 50 programs, creating countless opportunities for Muslims to pursue marriage in a wholesome, halaal way.
Our mission is simple:

Session 1 & Session 2:
The organizers will review all applications and allocate a time slot for your participation.
Times will be between 10 AM to 5 PM (The confirmed time slot will be communicated with all successful participants)Venue:
A hotel in Umhlanga (The actual venue will be announced to all participants only 24 hours prior due to safety and privacy of the participant and event)Cost: R400 per person
Entry strictly by pre-approved guest list only. All applications will be reviewed and upon successful review, you will be contacted with further booking details which will be valid in the Que for 3 days to confirm your booking
Terms & Conditions
Meeting with your potential spouse is permitted in Islam if the intention is marriage. While Soulful Match provides the platform, it is not a matchmaking service — instead, it facilitates guided personal engagement within Islamic boundaries.
By registering for Soulful Match, you agree to the following:
1. Intention & Conduct
Begin with sincere intentions for marriage.
Respect Islamic values at all times — refrain from haraam or inappropriate speech.
Treat all participants with dignity, respect, and honesty.
2. Engagement Guidelines
Take time to get to know potential spouses through structured conversations and activities.
Females are encouraged to be accompanied by a mahram if they wish.
Be open about your values, goals, and what you bring to a future marriage.
Exchange of personal contact details is at your own discretion — this is not a platform for casual dating or promiscuity.
3.Integrity
Misrepresentation or dishonesty (e.g., false promises, fraudulent claims, or misleading intentions) is strictly prohibited.
Participants are reminded:
“And Allah does not like the mufsidun (mischief-makers)” (Qur’an 5:64).
4. Privacy & Consent
Personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Photos/videos may be taken for review and marketing. If you wish to opt out, please notify the organizers in advance.
