Founded in 2019 by Fatimah Colbie, Co-Director of Aspire Promotions, the Women’s Health Expo is an annual flagship event that has been successfully hosted for five consecutive years. Designed as a safe and empowering space, the expo invites women to unwind, rejuvenate, and invest in their overall well-being.
The expo features engaging fitness classes, insightful health and wellness talks led by qualified coaches and healthcare professionals, and interactive exhibition spaces offering fashion, beauty, and wellness products. Attendees also benefit from health screenings, direct access to health and fitness experts, and meaningful connections with women from all walks of life.
Attracting up to 1,000 women annually from diverse cultures and backgrounds, the Women’s Health Expo celebrates self-care, empowerment, and community—creating an inclusive experience where women are encouraged to pause, recharge, and truly spoil themselves.
The tour spanned Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Port Elizabeth, with numerous impactful talks delivered in underprivileged communities, ensuring meaningful outreach and accessibility. A flagship event was hosted at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), attracting over 800 attendees, marking a significant highlight of the tour.
Aspire Promotions provided comprehensive support, including tour planning, detailed itinerary scheduling, logistics management, audiovisual production, and on-the-day coordination in both Cape Town and Johannesburg. Travelling alongside the guest allowed for seamless execution and a well-structured programme, contributing to a successful and impactful tour.
