Cape Town Winter Wedding Expo is a new curated bridal showcase launching in June 2026, bringing together 30–40 carefully selected wedding suppliers and engaged couples in one elegant, inspiring space.

Designed to be more exclusive and personal than large overcrowded expos, the event creates meaningful opportunities for couples to discover trusted vendors, gather ideas, and plan their special day with ease. From venues and photographers to décor and wedding services, attendees can explore a premium selection of exhibitors while enjoying exclusive expo offers.

Organised by Aspire Promotions, the expo is backed by over 10 years of wedding industry experience, including operating established wedding venues in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs. This experience brings a strong understanding of what both couples and vendors are looking for in a modern wedding event.

The expo is currently opening a priority registration list for both couples and suppliers while final venue arrangements are being confirmed. Full event details, including the venue, final date, and exhibitor packages, will be announced within the next 3 weeks, with early registrations receiving priority access to applications, tickets, and special updates.

Unlike large overcrowded expos, this event is designed to be exclusive and high quality, allowing vendors meaningful interactions with couples in a relaxed and elegant environment.

The expo is being organised by Aspire Promotions, a team with over 10 years of experience in the wedding industry, including operating established wedding venues in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Our experience gives us a unique understanding of what couples and vendors are looking for when planning weddings.

The goal is to create a premium wedding planning experience, where couples can discover trusted vendors, gather inspiration, and plan their special day all in one place.

We are currently inviting a limited number of wedding suppliers to join the vendor waiting list while final venue arrangements are being confirmed.

Event details including the venue, final date, and exhibitor packages will be announced within the next 3 weeks.

Suppliers who register their interest early will receive priority access to exhibitor applications.
